CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING:

 ALL BOOKINGS CANCELLED OPTION
within 24 hours of placing a booking Full Refund or Credit Note*
within 7 days of the event date No Refund or Credit Note*
within 7-14 days of the event date 80% Credit Note* & 20% Forfeited
within 14-30 days of the event date 100% Credit Note*
outside of 30 days of the event date 100% Refund or Credit Note*

PLEASE NOTE: All booking cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee regardless of when the booking was cancelled.

POSTPONING YOUR BOOKING:

 ALL BOOKINGS POSTPONED OPTION
within 24 hours of placing a booking No Additional Fees
within 7 days of the event date 75% Forfeited
within 7-14 days of the event date 50% Forfeited
within 14-30 days of the event date 25% Forfeited
outside of 30 days of the event date
No Additional Fees

 PLEASE NOTE: All bookings which are postponed will incur a $50 processing fee regardless of when the booking was postponed.

COVID-19 Postponement & Cancellation Policy

 PLEASE NOTE: All processing fees will be waived if a booking is being postponed due to COVID-19 or any form of a force majeure.

PLEASE NOTE: All booking cancellations due to COVID-19 or any form of a force majeure will still incur a $50 processing fee regardless of when the booking was cancelled. All Credit notes issued during this period will be valid for 24 months from the issue date.

 
If You Do Not Provide the Correct Identification or Bond upon Pickup or Delivery:
Providing a valid Australian Driver's Licence or a Government Issued Photo ID Card reflecting your current residential address is a requirement of hiring with us. Refunds are not issued to customers who are unable to provide identification during pick-up or delivery.


If You Don't Pick-up Your Booking:
Refunds are not issued in cases where a customer fails to pick-up or receive delivery of their booking.

If the Equipment You've Booked is Not Available:
In the event that the equipment you have booked is not available and we are unable to recommend a suitable substitute, you can either: request a refund or credit note equal to the value of the unavailable equipment or cancel your booking for a full refund.

*Credit notes are not exchangeable for refunds or cash.
