DELIVERY TERMS:
1.  There is a $100 minimum equipment hire spend to be entitled to our delivery and collection services.
2. If you require your hired equipment to be set up or packed down this will be performed at the same time as the delivery/collection so please consider the most appropriate option when booking these services.
3. All Flexible Deliveries/Collections must be made at least 3 days prior to the event date to enable us to schedule these services in.
4. Additional charges may apply for deliveries and collections:
 - Involving heavy/large items or a large quantity of equipment
 - To locations with limited parking or loading dock access
 - To locations outside of our Delivery and Collection Zone
 - Involving stairs or elevator access
 - Requiring a Site Induction, Job Safety Analysis or a Safe Work Method Statement

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY/COLLECTION

This option is best for customers who are flexible to receive their delivery and/or collection within business hours up to 3 days either side of the event date.
You will NOT be charged any additional hire fees should we nominate to deliver or collect these items before/after the event date.

 1. Sound Empire will nominate the day/s and the time frame/s for these services.
 2. You will receive email notification of these scheduled details at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival stating the exact day/s and time frame/s which we expect to arrive.
 3. On the scheduled day you will also receive an automatic SMS notification when the driver is around 30 minutes away from your chosen delivery/collection location. 

DAY SPECIFIC DELIVERY/COLLECTION
This option is best for customers who require their delivery/collection to happen on a specific day of the week (Sundays & Public Holidays are excluded) due to venue access or constraints which don't allow for our flexible option.

 1. Sound Empire will nominate the time frame/s of the delivery/collection on the specific day/s chosen between business hours.
 2. 
You will receive email notification of these scheduled details at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival stating the exact day/s and time frame/s which we expect to arrive.
 3. On the scheduled day you will also receive an automatic SMS notification when the driver is around 30 minutes away from your chosen delivery/collection location. 

TIME SPECIFIC DELIVERY/COLLECTION
This option is best for customers who would like to select both the day and time
 for their delivery/collection anytime between the hours of 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday (Sundays & Public Holidays are excluded).

 1. Sound Empire will schedule in your chosen day/s and time frame/s for delivery and/or collection.
 2. 
You will receive an email confirmation of these scheduled details at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival time as a final confirmation of the chosen day/s and time frame/s.
 3. On the scheduled day you will also receive an automatic SMS notification when the driver is around 30 minutes away from your chosen delivery/collection location.

AFTER-HOURS OR EARLY MORNING DELIVERY/COLLECTION

This option is specifically for customers who require delivery and/or collection outside of our standard business hours and are not within the 'Time Specific Delivery/Collection' time frames stated above, this option is to be chosen if you require a delivery/collection between the hours of 8pm-8am, Monday to Saturday 
(Sundays & Public Holidays are excluded).

SUNDAY OR PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERY/COLLECTION
This option is specifically for customers who require delivery and/or collection on a Sunday or a Public Holiday due to their strict event/venue requirements. Booking this option will also allow you to select the exact time you would like the delivery/collection to occur on the Sunday or Public Holiday of your choice.
